Privacy Notice
What we know,
and how we hold it.
McQueen International Group is a cross-border investment advisory firm. The information below describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the (rather small) number of cookies we set. Last updated May 2026.
What we collect
When you send us an email, request a meeting, or complete an inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, an email address, a telephone number if you offer one, and the substance of your enquiry.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider logs the request (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamp) for the usual technical reasons. We do not use these logs to identify you.
We do not buy, sell, rent, or otherwise traffic in personal data.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry. To follow up if there is reason to. To assess fit before we agree to engage. To send the occasional dispatch when (and only when) we have something worth saying.
If we exchange materials over the course of an engagement, the contents are treated as confidential under the terms of that engagement.
Cookies
This site uses a small set of strictly-necessary cookies for routing and consent preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or behavioural retargeting.
If we add analytics in the future — which we may, to understand which essays are read — we will mention it here, and it will be opt-in by default.
Sharing
We share personal information with third parties only where strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested (for instance, a calendar booking provider or an email sender). We do not share for marketing.
Where you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your data is processed under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively, with the appropriate safeguards for cross-Atlantic transfer.
Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a short note to Karli@McQueenInternationalGroup.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may also raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your equivalent supervisory authority.
